Job Summary
NU TECH PLUMBING is seeking a motivated and organized Construction Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities, supervise workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The successful candidate will coordinate daily site operations while maintaining quality standards and compliance with workplace safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise construction workers and oversee daily project activities.
- Coordinate and schedule work to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Recruit, hire, and assist with staffing activities as required.
- Estimate labour, material, and project costs.
- Order and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Lead, instruct, and mentor construction team members.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve on-site issues and maintain project progress.
- Supervise a team of 3–4 workers.
Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of related construction supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
