We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House (FOH) staff to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting the overall guest experience. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and manage guest seating efficiently
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems, including Givex POS
- Handle cash transactions with precision and perform cashiering duties
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Assist with food handling, serving, and basic food preparation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times




- Support team members in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Givex POS, is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience with food industry operations such as serving, food handling, and basic food prep is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
