Four Leaf Homes is growing, and we're looking for the person who keeps our crews building instead of driving to the supply store. If you're organized, dependable, and know your way around a job site and a hardware store, keep reading.

SCHEDULE - READ FIRST

This is a split schedule. You'll work early mornings (before the crew arrives) and evening material-prep shifts, and on some days as late as 8:00 PM. If early starts don't work for you, this isn't the right fit. Exact hours are set at interview.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You're the one who makes sure every crew starts the day with exactly what they need. Each evening you'll find out where our projects are and what materials each crew needs for the next day, then head to the hardware store to build and prep those orders. Early the next morning you'll pick up the staged orders, bring them to the shop, and set everything in its numbered spot so the boys can pull up, grab their gear, and get to the site on time. No more wasted supply-store runs. No more standing around the shop looking for tools.

This is a trusted, hands-on role. We'll shadow you and teach you our system, but you'll own it day to day.

REQUIREMENTS (must-haves)

- Valid driver's licence, clean driving record, and valuable insurance - you'll drive our company vehicle daily

- Physically able to carry heavy loads all shift (cement bags, large quantities of lumber and plywood, etc.)

- Clean criminal record - you'll handle money, accounts, and materials unsupervised

- Legally able to work in Canada

- Available for early mornings and occasional shifts to 8:00 PM

- Located in or near Windsor, ON

WHAT YOU BRING

- Construction knowledge - you understand materials and job-site needs





- Hardware store know-how - you can walk in and build an order fast

- Highly organized, punctual, and disciplined

- Comfortable working independently with little supervision

- Trustworthy and detail-oriented with money and materials

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Each evening, gather every crew's material list and project locations for the next day

- Place and build orders at the hardware store (using our Pro Xtra / supplier accounts) and stage them for morning pickup

- Arrive early, collect the staged orders, and deliver them to the shop

- Organize and set materials and tools in their numbered locations so crews can load and roll out fast

- Handle urgent same-day runs for missing items when needed

- Track and log all expenses and receipts accurately

- Coordinate across multiple suppliers, not just one
