Qualifications





- Proven experience in supervising or leading teams within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage others
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of operational processes relevant to the specific industry (e.g., retail, logistics, hospitality) is preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and quality assurance
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional leadership or management training is a plus
- Safety Certificates are an asset - First Aid, H2S, CSO, Ground Disturbance
