Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure production processes run smoothly, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety regulations.
Work Hours: Mondays to Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 1:45 AM
Responsibilities:
- Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
- Monitor production output and implement process improvements
- Train, coach and supervise production team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Foster a culture of safety and ensure guidelines are followed
- Promote cleanliness and organization in the facility
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated application of 5S, corrective actions, and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent multitasking,
decision-making, and critical thinking abilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Strong commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain a calm, solutions‑focused approach in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with material requirements planning (MRP) systems is an asset
- Experience with Oracle / ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
