As we continue to expand and modernize, we’re looking for a Branch Manager to join our Kenaston Common team.

About the Role

Responsible for the overall success of branch operations by ensuring efficient daily workflows, high service standards, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Oversees the delivery of Personal, Autopac, and Travel Health insurance services, supports clients with complex or escalated concerns, and steps in to assist with customer transactions when needed. Coordinates staff scheduling, manages MPI inventory, and maintains accurate handling of customer records to ensure smooth branch operations.

Builds and leads a motivated team by hiring, training, coaching, and supporting employee development. Fosters a positive and respectful workplace while encouraging collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Coaches staff to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products, helping drive business growth while delivering personalized solutions that meet clients' needs.

What You Bring





- Level 3 insurance broker (CAIB)
- 5+ years experience in the insurance industry with comprehensive knowledge of all lines of business. i.e. habitational, auto (MPI and private) and travel health.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of Acturis Broker Management system is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Clear criminal record check is required.
