Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Assist clients with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to enhance sales opportunities
- Provide excellent client service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and prompt assistance
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple clients
- Keep organized records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall team performance

Experience





- Previous experience in retail sales, technology/SAAS sales, or any other outreach sales role is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English plus additional languages) are a strong advantage
- Familiarity with the operational side of retail store fronts, home services businesses, qualified services businesses, and other high ticket businesses is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and client engagement techniques
- Experience with product demos, upselling strategies, and client service excellence
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
