## Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to provide essential care and assistance to individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential settings and supporting youth or young adults in maintaining routine and emotional regulation as well as developing independent living skills.

## Duties
- Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
- Assist with medication administration as per individual care plans
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions
- Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior, completing daily logs and other reports as required

## Skills




- Experience in residential settings and with youth or young adults that require support to maintain emotion regulation is essential
- Ability to administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Proficient in meal preparation according to dietary needs
- Familiarity with assisting individuals in maintaining a healty and routined lifestyle while developing independent living skills

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
