Shifts

- This is NOT a summer only position. This is Full Time Permanent.
- Must be available to Full Time into the Fall.
- 5 shifts a week
- Available to work Opening Shift is 5 AM to 12:30PM
- Available to work Mid Shifts 8AM-4:30PM
- Must be able to work Fridays, Saturday, & Sundays.

Areas of Responsibility

Sales & Merchandising

- Greets every customer with warmth and friendliness and engages in conversation to help them find what they need.
- Knows/Learns about the products and can describe them to customers in a way to increases sales.
- Uses sales techniques with confidence such as upsell, cross sell,



and sampling on every transaction.
- Creates a beautiful store environment that is clean, welcoming, and merchandised for maximum impact.

Compliance

- Ensure the store maintains and improves upon it’s 5-star rating including food secure, cleanliness and store presentation.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed successfully.

Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail.
- Ability to work weekends
- Demonstrated ability to sell, merchandise, and/or market products.
- Demonstrated personal growth.
- Demonstrated successes and achievement in work life.
- Ability to count cash and provide accurate change.
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
- Physical fitness: Ability to lift 50lbs, stand and be active for 8 hours straight.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week

Experience:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
