We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our energetic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across various facilities. Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose problems.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as drainage and water supply connections.
- Utilize welding skills for repairs or modifications of metal components within HVAC or related mechanical systems.
- Maintain boiler systems ensuring safety protocols and operational efficiency are upheld.

Requirements





- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical processes.
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding techniques, boiler operations, and appliance repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately for troubleshooting purposes.
- Mechanical knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation and maintenance projects.
- Prior experience with construction sites or large-scale facilities is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC technology, plumbing, welding or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $22.75-$28.00 per hour
