Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will craft delicious cocktails, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a welcoming setting for all guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences that keep our patrons coming back.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature rum cocktails
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude and take drink orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions efficiently using Micros POS systems




- Ensure responsible serving by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to alcohol service laws
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth service during busy hours
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service when necessary

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively atmosphere
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments that require teamwork and adaptability
