NewSteps Immigration is a licensed RCIC firm since 14 Years helping clients with study, work, and PR applications across Canada. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Immigration Case Processor to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Guide clients on study permits, work permits, PR, and citizenship
- Prepare and review applications as per IRCC requirements
- Collect and organize documents
- Follow up on pending files and deadlines
- Communicate with clients via phone and email
What we’re looking for:
- Experience or basic knowledge of immigration processes (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with MS Office and PDF tools
