Warehouse Assistant

We are a 70-year-old family business. We have an exclusive long-term partnership with Enercare Home Services, serving residential HVAC customers in Toronto.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support our residential HVAC and Water Heater operations.

Responsibilities

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

· Receive, store, and track HVAC and water heater inventory.

· Prepare equipment and job packages for installation crews.

· Order materials and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.

· Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.

· Process returned equipment and ensure it is properly restocked.

· Assist with scheduling equipment pickups and deliveries.

· Report damaged equipment and warranty items.

· Safely operate a forklift (training/certification provided if required).

· Work closely with the Install Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations.

· Register warranty for new installations.





· Assist other departments and job tasks as needed.

Qualifications

· Warehouse or inventory experience preferred.

Use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required

· Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction is an asset.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Forklift experience is an asset.

· Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

· Valid G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
