Shipper/Receiver & Shop Support
Hillary Production Machining Ltd. – Manitoba

Hillary Production Machining Ltd. is looking for a dependable Shipper/Receiver & Shop Support team member to join our precision machining operation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and is comfortable working in an active manufacturing setting.

In this role, you will handle day-to-day shipping and receiving tasks while also assisting with general shop and production support as needed.

What You’ll Do

Shipping and Receiving Duties

- Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials safely
- Use a forklift/lift truck to move materials and products
- Check incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Prepare parts and finished products for shipment to customers
- Complete shipping paperwork and coordinate outgoing deliveries
- Enter and maintain shipping and receiving information in computer systems

Shop and Production Support

- Assist with a variety of general labour tasks throughout the shop
- Help support machine operators and production flow where needed




- Use basic shop equipment with training provided
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations in the facility

What We’re Looking For

- Previous forklift/lift truck experience
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math and computer skills
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically capable of lifting and handling materials up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team

Previous experience in manufacturing is an asset, but we are open to training a motivated candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour
