Position Overview: Lead the creation of unique designs for private residential, ultra-luxury, modern projects.
Manage project development, client meetings, and guide our internal design team to realize exceptional visions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings and manage project development
- Create and edit floor plans, exterior and interior designs
- Style interiors and select materials with unique applications
- Develop visual aids and renders that communicate design intent
- Produce comprehensive working drawings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of related experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture, engineering, or Interior Design
- Proven track record of strong design and creativity
- Experience managing multi-million dollar builds and designs
- Proficiency in design software (ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000 plus project bonuses
