About the Position
We are a patient-focused dental clinic seeking a Dental Assistant to primarily support our front desk (approximately 70%), with occasional clinical assisting (approximately 30%).

This role is primarily front desk-based, with scheduled or as-needed assisting shifts to support the clinical team. You will also act as a backup to our main Dental Assistant when required.

We believe Dental Assistants bring valuable clinical knowledge to the front desk, improving patient communication and overall clinic flow.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk (Primary Role)

- Manage scheduling, patient check-in/out, and phone communication
- Maintain accurate patient records using ABELDent
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments and treatment

Clinical Support (Secondary Role)





- Assist chairside during scheduled or as-needed shifts
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Provide backup support to the main Dental Assistant

Qualifications

- Certified Dental Assistant (Level I or II)
- HARP certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and team-oriented

No front desk experience required — training will be provided.
