Shine N’ Drive Car Wash – Bolton Caledon, ON

Shine N’ Drive is looking for hardworking, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Car Wash Detailers. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with vehicles, and can perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will be part of a team-based workflow, working together to deliver high-quality vehicle cleaning services and ensure every car leaves looking its best.

Position Details

- Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
- Schedule: We operate 7 days a week
- Full-Time Hours: Typically 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Seasonal Hours (Summer): May extend to 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Flexible Options: Part-time, weekend-only, and partial shifts available
- Location: Bolton Caledon, ON
- Compensation: Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Work as part of a team to clean vehicles efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning tasks assigned within the workflow
- Vacuum interiors, including seats, carpets, and mats
- Shampoo carpets and upholstery as required
- Wipe down and clean all interior surfaces
- Dry vehicles after wash cycles to ensure a spotless finish
- Clean windows, mirrors, and door jambs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Meet daily vehicle volume targets while maintaining quality standards




- Follow all safety procedures and company standards

- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working on your feet and performing repetitive tasks
- Car detailing or car wash experience is required.
- Potential to grow into different roles (Sales, Loading, Etc.)
