- To provide a qualified approach to work concerning areas such as attitude, dependability, and appearance.
- To process customer purchases through cash register, including proper handling of pricing, coupons, rain checks, and cheque authorization.
- To provide a level of service to all customers that meets the Co-operative’s standards in courtesy and efficiency.
- Assistance in the planning and organization of merchandise displays for regular stock as well as for special sales and promotional events.
- To maintain a constant alert against unauthorized removal of merchandise.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work with co-workers and public.
- Must have the desire to learn and perform duties with minimum supervision after training period has been completed.
- Energetic, upbeat nature
- Must be bondable.
