Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies or debris
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites by disposing of waste and organizing tools
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents




- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision when necessary

Requirements

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Solid work ethic with attention to safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation or access to the work site location
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
