- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Liaison with Outside Sales on customer inquiries.
*Qualifications*
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Computer proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, glass industry or construction is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment
