Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly, energetic attitude, setting a positive tone for their stay
- Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure their comfort and happiness
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations,
and special requests
- Support team members in coordinating guest services such as transportation arrangements or special accommodations
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles; hotel experience is highly preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
- Robust interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest services
- Ability to stay energetic and positive in a quick-paced environment
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hospitality standards is a plus
- Previous experience working in a hotel or similar setting is advantageous
