This front-line role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and visitors entering the office
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Inputting and maintaining real estate listings (training provided)
- Liaising with REALTORS® regarding listing updates and changes
- Assisting with company social media posts
- Providing general administrative support to the office team
