- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience with our tanning, red light, and spray tanning services.
- Actively promote and upsell high-end tanning packages, products, and related services to meet individual customer needs
- Manage the sales with follow-ups, and closing sales effectively
- Support marketing initiatives by explaining product benefits and current promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate packages and secure customer commitments
- Assist in maintaining an organized retail environment,
ensuring product displays are appealing and inventory is well-stocked
- Provide ongoing sales support through phone etiquette, answering inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales
