- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort.
- Upsell retail products that complement hair services to enhance client results and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.




- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education.

Skills

- Solid customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, blowouts, and special treatments.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Effective communication skills for understanding client needs and explaining service options clearly.
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally during consultations or service delivery.
- Experience in retail sales within a salon setting is preferred.
- Front desk experience is a plus for managing appointments and client interactions professionally.
- A friendly demeanor combined with professionalism to foster a positive salon atmosphere.
