Job Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Front of House
- Greet all guests entering TABLE twelvefifty with a warm smile and friendly attitude
- Manage reservations and waitlists while maintaining an organized guest flow
- Control seating pace and evenly distribute tables using the “dot system”
- Ensure guests are seated promptly at clean, fully set tables
- Keep SevenRooms updated with accurate table statuses
- Say goodbye and thank every guest as they leave
- Answer phones professionally, transfer calls, and take messages when needed
- Assist guests with directions to the restaurant and hotel amenities
- Stay informed on restaurant events, promotions, and hours of operation
Team Support & Operations
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and stay informed on daily updates
- Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the restaurant
- Complete opening, closing, and weekly cleaning duties
- Support teammates wherever needed in a fast-paced environment
- Run food and beverages when requested by management
- Assist with takeout and room service orders
- Help with buffet setup and teardown
- Buss and reset tables to keep service flowing smoothly
Qualifications
- Serving It Right Certification
- Basic math knowledge
- Previous hospitality experience is an asset but not required
