Retainer Snow Removal Crew Member (On-Call)

Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour (plus guaranteed monthly retainer)

We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team for the winter season. This is a retainer position, meaning you'll receive a guaranteed monthly retainer in exchange for being available to work whenever it snows, plus an hourly wage for all hours worked.

What we're looking for:

Must be available to work during every snowfall, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

Comfortable working in cold temperatures and physically demanding conditions.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform strenuous outdoor work.

Qualifications:





Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are considered an asset.

Previous snow removal experience is an asset, but not required.

Experience operating snow blowers or other snow removal equipment is an asset.

Compensation:

Starting at $22.00/hour for hours worked.

Guaranteed monthly retainer for maintaining availability throughout the season.
