What You'll Do

- Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget

- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service

- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives

- Explain vehicle features, financing, leasing, warranties, and protection products





- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers

- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

- Stay current on Ford products, technology, and promotions

- Deliver an outstanding ownership experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery and beyond

What We're Looking For

- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools

- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
