Job Title: Aviation Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Operations Manager to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced aviation environment. The ideal candidate will

have a strong background in aviation management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations while optimizing

operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily aviation operations and staff

- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements

- Manage scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation

- Lead, mentor, and develop team members

- Handle incident reporting and ensure corrective actions are taken

- Maintain accurate operational records and reports

Requirements:





- Minimum 5 7 years of management experience in the aviation industry

- Solid knowledge of aviation operations and safety regulations

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Effective communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in Aviation Management or related field

- Experience with airport operations, airlines, or ground handling

- Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations is an asset
