Duties

- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) continuously to oversee activity across the premises and detect suspicious behavior.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, to deter theft and unauthorized access.
- Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and staff before granting access, maintaining detailed logs of all entries and exits.
- Respond swiftly to alarms or incidents by assessing situations, communicating with emergency responders when necessary, and documenting events thoroughly.
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and intervening according to established protocols.




- Maintain a visible security presence to promote a safe workplace while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff.
- Complete detailed incident reports for any security breaches or unusual activities observed during shifts.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in law enforcement or security is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems effectively.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to identify potential theft or vandalism activities proactively.
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and inspections.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding decisively to incidents or emergencies.
- Good communication skills for interacting professionally with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel.
- Must be able to stand, walk, or remain stationary for extended periods throughout shifts.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
