Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various construction projects by performing a wide range of manual tasks. Responsibilities

- Assist skilled tradespeople by preparing work sites, tools, and materials for daily tasks
- Perform general manual labour such as lifting, carrying, and cleaning to support ongoing projects
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Load and unload materials,



equipment, and supplies as needed for various job sites
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, ensuring tools and materials are organized and stored properly

Experience

- Prior experience in construction, or general manual labour is required. Willingness to learn is highly valued
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to assisting colleagues on-site
- Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction or maintenance environments
- Reliable transportation to the shop.
- Must have license and clean driving abstract

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
