Job Overview

Flowpoint Environmental Systems is seeking a responsible and hardworking Laborer to support our manufacturing team in the production of modular water and wastewater treatment systems. This is a hands-on role in an industrial shop environment requiring reliability, mechanical aptitude, and a robust safety mindset.

Responsibilities

- Assist welders, fabricators, electricians, and technicians as required
- Use power tools safely and competently (grinders, drills, saws, impact tools, etc.)
- Prepare materials for fabrication (cutting, grinding, cleaning, deburring)
- Support mechanical assembly of skids, piping, tanks, and structural components
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate forklift (certification an asset)
- Operate skid steer (experience an asset)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications





- Must reside locally in Morinville or Sturgeon County
- Reliable transportation required
- Experience in construction, fabrication, or manufacturing environment an asset
- Comfortable using power tools
- Forklift certification an asset
- Skid steer experience an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
