Job Summary

As a Dishwasher, you’ll be responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. You’ll help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, supporting the team in keeping things running smoothly throughout the day.

Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly
- Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
- Assist with cleaning kitchen floors, countertops, and surfaces
- Dispose of trash and recycling in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including storage areas
- Follow all sanitation and food safety standards
- Assist kitchen staff with organizing clean dishes for use in food prep and cooking




- Communicate any equipment issues or shortages to the Kitchen Manager

Qualifications

- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen cleaning (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Food Handler Certification (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation or ability to relocate before starting
