Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our agile culinary team. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies




- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service times

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed
- Passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences

Pay: $18.35 per hour
