WE'RE HIRING – ASSISTANT COACH

The Cornwall Colts are seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Coach to join our coaching staff for the upcoming season.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a competitive Junior A environment while playing a key role in the development of our athletes, both on and off the ice. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Coach and Hockey Operations staff to support player development, game preparation, and team success throughout the season.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with on-ice practices and skill development
- Supporting the coaching staff during games and team activities
- Contributing to video review, game preparation, and opponent scouting
- Mentoring players and fostering a positive, accountable team culture
- Assisting in the continued growth and development of our athletes

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a strong knowledge of the game of hockey




- Possesses excellent leadership and communication skills
- Has previous coaching or high-level playing experience (considered an asset)
- Is passionate about developing young athletes and contributing to a winning culture
- Is available to work evenings, weekends, and travel with the team throughout the season

Pay: $17.66-$33.50 per hour
