What we’re Looking For

- Residential cleaning experience (required)
- Leadership experience (preferred)

Role Responsibilities

- Cleaning and serving residential properties
- Leading, training, and coaching service crews
- Ensuring exceptional service quality and consistency
- Acting as a brand ambassador with clients and team members
- Schedule management and team assignments




- You are the primary leader for our service crews and the onsite liaison for our clients

Compensation

$22.00-$26/hour (determined by experience and through interview process)

- Performance bonuses
- Vehicle allowance (for driver)
