**Responsibilities**
+ **** Under the guidance of the Regional Operations Director and in partnership with the Medical Director, the Hospital Manager performs a wide range of administrative activities related to the practice.
+ Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a positive and collaborative workplace culture
+ Manage recruitment, staff development and performance to maintain a strong, cohesive team
+ Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency in partnership with leadership
+ Positively represent the hospital and VCA Canada, building strong relationships with clients and the community
**Skills and Qualifications**
+ 2 years of leadership experience managing a team of up to 30 in a customer-facing role
+ Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and office administration
+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a talent for motivating and coaching others
+ Comfortable handling multiple tasks and driving positive change in a dynamic environment
+ Passionate about providing excellent care to pets and their families
