This position is perfect for someone who is looking for a full time Bookkeeping position with stable hours. Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday We are looking for someone who:

- Can demonstrate comprehensive bookkeeping knowledge using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online,
- Has at least 3 years full cycle Canadian bookkeeping and payroll experience,
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and working in a paperless environment,
- Has a proven ability to problem solve and get the job done,
- Ability to interact with our clients is a key component to our success; therefore applicants should have a fun,



friendly personality with a good command of the English language.

The responsibilities of this position include:

- Onboarding current clients into QuickBooks Online,
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable,
- Managing payroll for multiple companies, preparing and filing T4s and ROE's,
- Preparing, filing, and paying CRA remittances (GST, Payroll, Corp taxes),
- Reconciling monthly bank and credit card statements,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
