Commercial Pressure Washing Technician / Operator Join a Growing Commercial Services Company

We are an established Ottawa-based company with nearly 20 years of success serving commercial clients, builders, and property managers throughout the National Capital Region. We are expanding our services and are looking for a motivated, dependable individual to operate our new commercial pressure washing truck.

Position Summary

The Commercial Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for safely operating a fully equipped pressure washing truck while providing exceptional service to commercial and residential customers.

This position requires someone who is professional, self-motivated, mechanically inclined, and capable of working independently. You will be trusted to represent our company on-site and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a commercial pressure washing truck and equipment.
- Complete pressure washing services for commercial, industrial, construction, municipal and residential clients.
- Clean:
- Buildings
- Sidewalks
- Parking garages
- Heavy equipment
- Fleet vehicles
- Construction sites
- Loading docks
- Commercial properties
- Set up hoses, pumps, surface cleaners and accessories.
- Monitor water supply and refill tanks as required.
- Mix and apply approved cleaning products safely.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional work vehicle.
- Complete digital job reports and communicate with the office throughout the day.
- Take before and after photos of completed work.




- Ensure every job site is left clean and safe.
- Provide excellent customer service while on-site.

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence (clean driving record preferred)
- Experience operating trucks, trailers or commercial equipment is considered an asset.
- Previous pressure washing experience is an asset. We will provide training.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working on your feet throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

As our pressure washing division grows, there will be opportunities to advance into Lead Operator or Supervisor positions.

Pay: $29.00-$32.00 per hour
