Centerfire is currently seeking a self motivated, experienced individual to join our workforce as a Site Administrator in the British Columbia region.

We take significant pride in bringing on our crew members with the expertise to operate a variety of machines and drive a range of trucks in addition to their other practical skills.

Opportunity: Site Administrator

Location: British Columbia - local hires from Kelowna and Vernon. No accommodations provided, travel to and from site daily.

Report to: Site Superintendent

Rotation: 5 Days on 2 Days off

Opportunity Description:

To provide administrative support to the site management and staff in accordance with the company, business and quality standards and in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Will be the sole owner of the LEM/Support process and empowered to ensure process is followed.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Previous office administration experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of various types of Heavy Equipment
- A combination of education and work experience will be considered
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Valid CSO
- Advanced computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills required
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
