North-West Lines (NWL) is looking to fill several seasonal vacancies on our highway and road line painting crews. NWL is a dynamic and expanding company with chance for advancement and support for training and development.

Job Duties:

- Drive sign truck as part of mobile line painting operations.
- Perform daily inspection of vehicle and warning lights and signs and inform supervisor immediately of any defects found.
- Maintain a clean vehicle, and ensure fuel and other fluid levels are adequate for daily operation.
- Assist line painting truck driver and operator with site cleaning, material loading, equipment cleaning, and maintenance.
- Assist with setup and take down of traffic control.
- Assist special marking crew with site cleaning, marking layout and installation, material handling, and equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Occasional night shift work will be required.
- Shop and yard cleaning, vehicle washing,



and other general repairs and maintenance will be required to be performed during normal hours of work when pavement marking operations are not active.

Hours of Work:

- 11 days on / 3 days off
- 12 - 14 hour shifts

Other requirements:

- must be willing and able to work out of town, home every other weekend (out of town expenses covered by NWL).
- must be able to work as part of a team
- occasional night shift work will be required
- heavy lifting up to 50 lbs required
- commercial driving experience is an asset
- previous out of town work experience is an asset
- industrial / construction work experience is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
