Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator to operate various machines used in asphalt paving projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, skid steers, excavators and other machinery
- Assist in asphalt placement, compaction, and finishing
- Perform routine maintenance and pre-operation inspections on equipment
- Ensure safety protocols and job site regulations are followed
- Work collaboratively with the paving crew to complete projects efficiently
- Handle materials such as hot asphalt mix, ensuring proper application
- Ensure the job site remains clean and organized.




- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Perform general labor duties as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience operating asphalt paving equipment
- Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Minimum G License required. ARZ or AZ are preferred.
- Ability to follow directions and safety protocols.
