What You'll Do

As a Construction Labourer, you'll be an key part of our field crews by:

- Assisting with underground utility construction projects
- Preparing and cleaning job sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operating hand and power tools
- Supporting equipment operators and experienced crew members
- Following safe work practices
- Helping keep projects moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience.



We're looking for people with a great attitude and a strong work ethic.

You'll be a great fit if you:

- Enjoy working outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Like physical, hands-on work
- Can safely lift 50+ lbs.
- Work well as part of a team
- Show up on time and are dependable
- Are willing to learn and take direction
- Have construction experience (an asset, but not required)
