Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect sports apparel and accessories to meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting technical details and benefits to enhance customer understanding
- Upsell complementary products by identifying customer preferences and recommending suitable options
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipts management
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that showcase the latest products and promotions effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm




- Manage time effectively to ensure all customers receive prompt attention while maintaining store cleanliness and organization

Requirements

- Previous retail sales experience, especially in sports apparel or related industries, is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos enhances your ability to educate customers on features and benefits
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising, inventory management, and POS operations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating good phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, pricing, and sales calculations
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging a broader customer base
- Demonstrated time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
