We're looking for a personable and organized Billing & Collections Specialist to join our Finance team. This role focuses on client outreach regarding outstanding balances while maintaining positive, respectful relationships. You’ll help clients clearly understand what they’ve purchased, what they have access to, and how to resolve any billing or payment questions.

This is a client-facing, role ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and comfortable having professional conversations about money and value.

What You’ll Do:

- Contact clients with outstanding balances to provide friendly reminders and resolve payment issues

- Re-initiate or adjust payment plans based on client needs and internal guidelines

- Clearly explain products, programs, and services clients have purchased

- Ensure clients understand their access and help guide them on how to use it

- Answer billing, payment, and access questions in a clear and supportive way

- Maintain accurate records of communications and account updates

- Collaborate with Sales, Support,



and Finance teams to ensure a smooth client experience

- Build trust and create positive interactions during every billing conversation

What You Bring:

- 1-3 years of experience in billing, collections, customer service, or sales

- Strong phone presence: confident, clear, and professional

- Excellent organization and attention to detail

- Ability to explain products and next steps simply and clearly

- Comfortable with spreadsheets and billing tools (QuickBooks, Stripe, etc.) or willing to learn

- Proactive, client-first mindset

- Sales or upselling experience is a plus

Nice to Have:

- Experience in coaching, events, online programs, or similar industries

- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot

- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $40,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
