Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical spa team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, comfort, and care. The RN will conduct client consultations, assess treatment suitability, educate clients on procedures and aftercare, and deliver exceptional service that enhances the overall client experience. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals in a safe and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in valuable standing with the applicable regulatory college.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required (medical aesthetics experience is considered an asset).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Passion for aesthetics and delivering outstanding client care.
Duties
- Perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and professional standards.
- Conduct client assessments and consultations to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-treatment care.
- Monitor clients throughout treatments and ensure their safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Stay up to date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training.
