We’re looking for someone who knows how to cold call, handle objections, and book qualified meetings. This is a performance-based sales position with real upside.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Cold calling potential clients (provided leads and in depth training)
- Booking qualified appointments for a Wealth Advisor
- Following up with prospects and managing lead conversations
- Hitting call and booking targets consistently
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has experience with cold calling or outbound sales
- Is comfortable hearing “no” and keeps dialing
- Understands that effort = rewards
What’s in it for You

- Proven or confident cold-calling ability
- Strong communication skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and disciplined
- Results-focused mindset
- Fluent in English (required) and French (is a bonus)
- Sales experience is required
- Available to work 20–25 hours per week during regular business hours (Monday–Friday,
9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.)
