We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly Customer Service Event Staff to join our team for the Water Lantern Festival in Edmonton, AB.

Event Date:

Saturday, August 1st,2026
Pay Rate: $18.00/HR

Event Crew Shift -

Time: 5:00 pm - 1:00 am

Need: 20 people

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist event guests
- Answer customer questions and provide directions
- Help with lantern distribution and event activities
- Monitor assigned event areas
- Support event operations as directed by supervisors
- Set up and tear down event equipment (where applicable)
- Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly attitude throughout the event

Requirements

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and punctual
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Previous event experience is an asset but not required
