Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead and supervise team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee merchandising efforts, ensuring product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with company standards
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new staff members
- Manage payroll, cash handling, pricing adjustments, and bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and knowledge of POS systems, sales techniques,



and store policies

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience in a retail setting
- Solid negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Experience with retail sales, merchandising, POS systems, purchasing, and cash handling
- Demonstrated leadership in sales management, store management, or retail operations
- Knowledge of budgeting, marketing strategies, and organizational skills for effective store oversight
- Ability to manage time efficiently while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, record keeping, and payroll processing
- Excellent math skills for pricing adjustments and financial accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and customer service excellence
