Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fruit and Vegetable Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the sale of fresh produce between growers, wholesalers, and retailers. This role requires excellent communication skills & and the ability to build lasting relationships

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with growers, suppliers, and buyers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability
- Monitor market trends and seasonal availability of produce
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of products
- Manage logistics and coordinate shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service and support

Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales, or related field
- Solid negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of fruit and vegetable varieties, markets, and supply chains
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in record-keeping and basic computer systems
- Speak, write in both English & French

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.90-$17.50 per hour
