What You’ll Do

- Transport equipment — Move tractors, skid steers, excavators, RTVs, and attachments between customer sites and our locations.
- Load and secure safely — Use proper load‑securement techniques to protect the equipment and yourself.
- Represent the dealership — Be courteous, skilled, and helpful during pickups and deliveries.
- Keep the truck ready — Complete daily inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Support the team — Help in the yard or shop when needed.

What Success Looks Like

After 90 days, you will:

- Know our delivery routes and customer expectations
- Confidently load and unload equipment
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and sales staff




- Be trusted to manage your schedule and deliveries independently
- Have customers asking for you by name because of your professionalism

What You Need

- Valid AR or AZ licence
- Experience hauling equipment is helpful, but we will train the right person
- Ability to operate tractors, skid steers, and similar equipment (or willingness to learn)
- A commitment to safety and professionalism
- Reliability, we depend on you, and so do our customers
